This evening, Sony launched a new website along with a teaser video. By signing up with an email address, gamers can be among "the first to know." The video contains only the title of #Playstation2013, which began trending on Twitter almost immediately.
One would assume that this is going to be a PlayStation 4 announcement, although that would months ahead of when anyone expected them to do such a thing.
Perhaps an initial PS4 announcement now, with specs and game demos at E3? Maybe they'll pull a Sega Saturn and launch at retail right after their keynote? Who knows?
All will be revealed on February 20th, at 6 p.m.EST at http://us.playstation.com/meeting2013/
