XCOM: Enemy Unknown- Hands On First Impressions


For most of his life, Rock has been intensely interested in the subject of UFOs. Before video games, comic books, movies, music..almost other hobbies came into his life, he was into UFOs.  So it should surprise no one that he was incredibly excited to play a game that let him take the lead in defending Earth from nefarious beings from outer space.  Rock recently got some hands on time with the demo for XCOM: Enemy Unknown, and he likes what he saw. Time to die, alien scum!

Price Dropasaurus: Shadows of the Damned


When Shadows of the Damned released in June of 2011, it did two things: It won critics over, earning almost universal praise, and it proceeded to sell worse than televisions in an Amish community. SotD sold less than 30,000 copies in its first week, and that's from both Xbox and PS3 combined!  Well Rock is here now to tell you why this gem is worth your time, especially now that the price been slashed significantly.

PopCap Handing Out Free Games for Halloween


In what might be the most awesomest Halloween deal ever, PopCap has announced they are giving away thousands of copies of Plants v. Zombies for free this Halloween. In cooperation with the American Dental Association, PvZ is sponsoring "Stop Zombie Mouth", a campaign aimed at replacing some candy in kids' bags with addictive puzzle games.
